Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, all sales are final once a treatment has been performed. If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us within 14 days at hello@graiseaesthetics.com to discuss options — we may offer a complimentary follow-up or adjustment.

Unused treatment credits or packages may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
