1. Services

Graise Aesthetics provides medical aesthetic treatments including but not limited to dermal fillers, neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau), skin treatments, and wellness services. All treatments are performed by licensed practitioners.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments are booked through our website and confirmed via email
  • A valid payment method is required to book
  • Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No-shows may be charged the full treatment amount

4. Memberships

  • Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis
  • Month-to-month — no long-term commitment required
  • You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us or through your account
  • Membership benefits cannot be combined with other offers or redeemed for cash
  • Unused monthly benefits do not roll over to the following month

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is due at the time of booking or at checkout
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards through Shopify Payments

6. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, all sales are final once a treatment has been performed
  • If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us within 14 days to discuss options — we may offer a complimentary follow-up or adjustment
  • Unused treatment credits or packages may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
  • Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period

7. Medical Disclaimer

  • Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed
  • All treatments carry inherent risks — these will be discussed during your consultation
  • You must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and allergies before treatment
  • Graise Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed medically inappropriate

8. Consent

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you will be required to sign an informed consent form before any treatment. This form outlines the specific risks, benefits, and alternatives for your chosen procedure.

9. Photography & Reviews

  • Before/after photos may be taken for your medical records
  • Photos will only be used for marketing purposes with your explicit written consent
  • We welcome honest reviews and feedback

10. Limitation of Liability

Graise Aesthetics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
